Terms and Conditions
A non refundable deposit of £75 is required to secure each week booked in the property which is to be sent after the booking is made with a cheque payable to R and C Houghton.
The balance of the booking needs to be sent 3 weeks before arrival otherwise the booking will not be reserved and any monies paid will be forfeit(unless cash is paid on arrival)
Cancellation within 3 weeks of booking will not be refunded at the full amount paid unless the week can be booked again. All cancellations need to be confirmed in writing.
The names and number of the visitors staying need to be confirmed in writing, any unspecified visitors can not stay overnight (any unspecified extra visitors will be subject to an extra charge.)
You agree by booking to take care and will not cause damage to the premises during your stay (Any damage caused will be charged to the person who booked the property)
Parking spaces are provided and we would ask kindly that you do not block garage entrances or drive access
Prices are in British Sterling per week all inclusive including electric and bed linen. Towels are charged at £5 per person
The properties are available from 3pm on arrival date and vacated by 10am on end date.
Smoking is not permitted in properties
The cottages are not let for large family gatherings or parties.
The Owner (beyond basic care) cannot accept any liability for any loss, damage or expenses of any kind sustained by any member of the Holidaymaker's party in connection with the holiday or the accommodation.
FOR A 2 PERSON OCCUPANCY MALVERN VIEW WILL BE THE SAME PRICE AS MAYBURY
Bed Linen is included in the tariff but there is a charge of £5 a person for towel hire.
